Saint-Saens Violin Sonata No. 2 - Fanny Clamagirand Fanny Clamagirand's star is rapidly rising. The young violinist's virtuosity has prompted comparisons from Fanfare to Arthur Grumaux and Isaac Stern. Now we have a second volume of Saint-Saëns to add to her previous interpretations, presented here along with her previous recordings for Naxos. more info
 
Szymanowski - Stabat Mater In this featured new release of Karol Szymanowski's Stabat Mater, Edward Gardner and the BBC Symphony Chorus and Orchestra give an impassioned reading, with an especially moving performance from soprano Lucy Crowe.

Also included is Szymanowski's ballet Harnasie alongside previous releases from this important 20th century composer.

Verdi Otello - Chicago Symphony Orchestra Following on the GRAMMY® winning success of their Verdi Requiem recording, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra with Riccardo Muti issue this recording of Verdi's second-to-last opera Otello. This release is timed to coincide with the 200th anniversary of Giuseppe Verdiís birthday and was recorded live in concert at Symphony Center in 2011. more info
