Xiayin Wang - Rachmaninoff Piano Sonatas The young American pianist Xiayin Wang presents her second disc of works by Rachmaninoff, this time tackling his two piano sonatas alongside Preludes Nos 4, 5, and 6 from Op. 23. Impressed with her first disc, Gramophone remarked that it featured 'playing of an awesome clarity and poise'. more info
Mozart and Brahms Clarinet Quintets - Pacifica Quartet with Anthony McGill The Grammy® Award-winning Pacifica Quartet and the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra's superstar clarinetist Anthony McGill join forces for the clarinet quintets of Mozart and Brahms – widely considered the greatest chamber works for clarinet and strings. This is McGill's first commercially released album as featured soloist and his Cedille Records debut. This is the Pacifica Quartet's ninth Cedille album. more info
