Garci Sanchez de Badajoz (1460 - 1524)

Poet, vihuela player, and composer, Garci Sánchez de Badajoz is now generally identified as Badajóz el músico, five of whose villancicos, with three canciónes, are included in the Cancionero Musical de Palacio of the Spanish court. He enjoyed a very considerable reputation as a poet.
