Wonderful Wind Ensemble Playing!  

The Keystone Wind Ensemble is superior in their handling of these pieces, such as Robert Washburn's Partita, a piece difficult enough but compelling enough for band that Washburn toned it down for high school bands in his Partita II. The Suite for Woodwind Quintet was also particularly effective, especially the Allegro Marziale, although the recording's sound quality could have been better. Keep it up, Keystone Wind Ensemble, and I expect more excellent wind recordings in the future from this fine record label.
