The human factor in music making  

Two of my most beloved performers are Bruno Walter and Claudio Arrau. Well they have several different qualities, but to me both bring human warmth to their interpretations. I find Sandor Vegh way with Schubert following the same warm approach without ever be sentimental. He is warm and he has charm (something that Arrau did not have) and all in all the music delivers a very human message. These are great musical works and for me these interpretations are simply irresistible in their mild way of communicating humanity.
