There is a special day towards the end of autumn, where trees bedecked with autumn’s jewels and golden leaves return the glories of the sun’s beams. This is the zenith of color and of the splendor of fall. Now it is a little known fact that on this great day, the woodland faeries of most great forests turn into people from the very dawn until the call of twilight to celebrate this day. The ladies are elegant, and beautiful to behold. The men look like great heroes out of Greek mythology. But faeries are very secretive folk, no one has ever seen the celebration, save one. This is a story of that person.
