Raul Garcia


An avid chamber musician and a first-prize winner of numerous competitions, Colombian violist Raul Garcia has established himself as one of the most promising artists of his generation. Career highlights include assistant principal violist with the Colombia Symphony Orchestra, chamber and solo performances at Carnegie Hall and Leonard Bernstein Memorial Stage. He holds a BM Degree from Juan N. Corpas University, MM and Artist Diploma degrees from The Yale School of Music. Currently he is studying for a Doctoral degree at Rutgers University.
