Marco Rogliano (b1967)


The violinist Marco Rogliano has collaborated with artists including Reiko Watanabe, Ingolf Turban, Bruno Giuranna, Mario Brunello, Enrico Dindo, Hansjorg Schellenberger, Alexander Lonquich, Gianluca Luisi, Andrea Lucchesini, Shuku Iwasaki, Koichiro Arada, and Lucio Gallo. His performances have been broadcast by RAI, Radio France, Bayerischer Rundfunk, and he has played with orchestras including the Moscow Radio Symphony Orchestra, the Berlin Symphony Orchestra, the RAI Symphony Orchestra, Sicily Symphony Orchestra, Italian Chamber Orchestra and I Pomeriggi Musicali Orchestra in Milan, with conductors including Lior Shambadal, Gunter Neuhold, Salvatore Accardo, Franco Petracchi, Marco Angius, and Tito Ceccherini. Marco Rogliano has given recitals at major venues in St Petersburg, New York, Tokyo, Munich, Rome, La Scala Milan, and the Teatro Regio in Parma and Turin. He plays a N. Bergonzi violin of 1790, provided by the Maggini Foundation in Langenthal (CH). He has made several recordings for Tactus, ASV, Stradivarius, and Naxos.
