Update me on new releases by Moller

Johannes Moller (b1981)

The Swedish guitarist and composer Johannes Möller played his first public concerts when he was thirteen years old. Since then he has found time for more than 500 appearances in Europe, Asia, South and North America. In 2010 he was awarded first prize in the GFA Concert Artist Competition, one of the most prestigious guitar competitions in the world, bringing over fifty concerts throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, and China, including a Carnegie Hall début (Weill Recital Hall), and a Naxos recording. In March 2008 Johannes Möller won the prestigious Dutch Vriendenkrans Concours at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, competing against performers in all of the instrumental categories, his name now engraved on a metal plate at the Concertgebouw.

A self-taught composer, he began to write music at the age of twelve, continuing with experiments in various compositional styles and techniques, until, in his early twenties, finding his voice with his When the Winds Dissolve for alto flute and guitar. He plays Gregory Byers guitars fitted with D’Addario strings.
