Update me on new releases by Cunha

Jacky da Cunha

After he had studied theology, Jacky da Cunha’s enthusiam for the organ led him to the study of singing at the Amnéville and the Metz Conservatoires. He completed his studies under Udo Reinemann and made his operatic début at the Metz Opera in 2000 in Nino Rota’s L’écureuil malicieux, followed by Messager’s Coups de Roulis, leading to a variety of other rôles. In 2001 he won unanimously the gold medal in singing and vocal technique at Metz and enjoys a career that has taken him to a number of concert and festival performances.
