Erich Buchholz


The Rose of Stambul is Erich Buchholz’s tenth production with Chicago Folks Operetta with which he has sung in Mitislav the Modern, The Girl in the Train, Arizona Lady, CloClo, Peter and Paul in the Land of Nod, Snow White and Pinocchio. He sings in the Chicago Symphony Chorus, and has also sung with Lyric Opera of Chicago. He has toured in the United States and Japan with Hudson Shad, a male vocal ensemble specialising in the style of the Comedian Harmonists. Other credits include Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, DuPage Opera, Bowen Park Opera, Muddy River, American Girl Theater and Light Opera Works.
