Ellen Lang, mezzo-soprano, sings with New York’s Metropolitan Opera. Her varied experience includes appearances with orchestras in the United States and Europe, extensive tours with Continuum, concerts of Scandinavian and American music and master classes in Iceland, and performing all the major women’s rôles in American musicals My Fair Lady, Camelot, Carousel, and others. She is also active with her vocal quartet, presenting theme-based concerts. She appears on the Naxos Continuum Portraits of Henry Cowell and Virgil Thomson.
