The Talisker Players is a flexible group of instrumentalists who specialise in vocal/instrumental collaboration. The history of the ensemble revolves around the passion of its members for the particular rewards and challenges of this art. The skills of the players have been honed over many years of collaboration with vocal performers as soloists as well as in choirs. The members of the Talisker Players include some of the leading instrumentalists active in Canada. They represent all the instruments of the orchestra, performing on both modern and period instruments. Their repertoire includes the works of all the major composers from the early Baroque to the present century.
