Ildiko Line

Ildiko Line is an outstanding exponent of the Transylvanian school of violin playing. In 1989 she took up residency in Budapest, becoming leader of the Hungarian State Opera Orchestra, and in 1992 took the same position in the Budapest Radio Orchestra. She has also enjoyed an active role as soloist and recital performer, and has made a number of recordings for Hungarian radio.
