After completing her studies at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris, where she took first prizes in piano, chamber music and analysis, Sylvie Dugas has divided her time between teaching and concert performance. After first serving as an accompanist at the Conservatoire, she is now an assistant in two chamber music classes, the string class of Michel Strauss and the wind instrument class of Jean-Noël Crocq. She also teaches at the Ecole Nationale de Musique of Mantes la Jolie. In concert she has appeared at home and abroad as an accompanist with musicians of great distinction and similarly in chamber music recitals.
