Peabody Trio

The Peabody Trio, 1989 winners of the Naumburg Chamber Music Award, has won equal renown for interpretations of classical repertory and explorations of new work. The trio serves as resident faculty ensemble at the Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore and at the Yellow Barn Music Festival in Putney, Vermont. They celebrated their twentieth season in 2007–08 with the release of the Beethoven Trios Op. 1, Nos. 1 and 3 on Artek Records, the second in their series of the complete Beethoven piano trios.
