The tenor Javier Más was born in Crevillent and studied singing at the Murcia Conservatory, the Madrid Vocal School, and, privately, with José Sempere, and in master-classes with Miguel Zanetti. He is now a pupil of the baritone Vicente Sardinero. He has appeared in a variety of operas and zarzuelas, including the rôle of Don José in Valencia, and in the principal rôle of Pablo Sorozbal’s La tebernera del puerto in Alicante and elsewhere. His concert career has taken him to musical centres throughout Spain.
