Craig Cramer

The American Craig Cramer is currently Professor of Organ at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana. He joined the faculty of the University in 1981. He holds degrees from Westminster Choir College and the Eastman School of Music, where he earned the Doctor of Musical Arts degree in organ performance. The Eastman School also awarded him the prestigious Performer's Certificate in Organ.

The organist has studied with Russell Saunders, William Hays, James Drake, David Boe, and André Marchal in Paris. Dr Cramer has won several organ competitions, including the Alexander McCurdy Competition in Organ Performance at Westminster Choir College and the National Organ Competition at First Presbyterian Church in Fort Wayne.

Craig Cramer has performed throughout the United States as well as in Canada, Britain, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Germany. He has also performed at regional conventions of the American Guild of Organists as well as for many AGO Chapters across the country.
