Volker Horn

Born in Klagenfurt, Volker Horn studied in Vienna, thereafter joining the Berlin Deutsche Oper. He has appeared in title rôles in Der Freischütz, Ariadne auf Naxos. He has participated in recordings of Siegfried Wagner as Hans Kraft in Der Bärenhäuter, Wittich in Banadietrich, Helferich in Sternengebot, Philo in Die heilige Linde and Waidewut in Der Heidenkönig.
