Alice Neary, cello won the Pierre Fournier Award and major prizes in the Leonard Rose International Cello Competition, USA and the Adam International Cello Competition, New Zealand. Solo performances include concertos with the English Chamber Orchestra, Israel Symphony, Baltimore Symphony and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic. Alice Neary studied with Ralph Kirshbaum and with Timothy Eddy, as a Fulbright Scholar. She plays a Gagliano Cello of 1710.
