To apply to the Affiliate Programme, the Affiliate completes and submits the Programme registration form on our site. We evaluate each Affiliate's application in good faith and notify the Affiliate of acceptance or rejection. We reject any Affiliate's application if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the Affiliate's site is unsuitable for the Programme. Unsuitable sites include but are not limited to those that: promote sexually explicit materials; violence; discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; illegal activities; as well as those that violate intellectual property rights or are associated with network abuse (including unwelcome email, cross-posting, mousetraps, spam, or re-spawning windows).

The Affiliate earns five percent (5%) commission on all purchases made through his site's referrals. Should the rate of commission change, the Affiliate shall be notified by e-mail or through the ClassicsOnline website.

Commissions are paid monthly, once reaching USD 25.00. Payment is made by check or PayPal only. We hold the Affiliate's payment until the payable balance reaches that amount.

Prices and availability of products on ClassicsOnline may periodically change according to our own policies and procedures. We, therefore, require that no information or price should be featured on all Affiliates' sites, since we cannot guarantee the availability or price of all products.

The Affiliate is solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of his site and its content. It must be legal, not violating or infringing on the rights of any third party, including, for instance, copyrights, trademarks, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights.

We disclaim any and all liability for Affiliate violations, and further stipulate that all Affiliates will indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, and expenses (including, attorney and other legal fees) relating to the development, operation, maintenance, and content of Affiliate sites.

All Affiliates acknowledge that ClassicsOnline is a registered trademark of Naxos Digital Services Ltd. in Hong Kong SAR and in other countries.

The Affiliate is aware that any form of Spam is forbidden. Accounts associated with network abuse - including unwelcome email, cross-posting, mousetraps, spam, or re-spawning windows - and/or fraudulent activity, e. g., use of stolen credit cards and the like, may be suspended and closed without notice. An Affiliate who submits ClassicsOnline pages with his Affiliate nickname in the URL to Google®, Altavista® and similar search engines will not earn any commission from those links and will be permanently banned from our network.

The Affiliate must be aware that the ClassicsOnline website and logo are registered properties of Naxos Digital Services Ltd. in Hong Kong SAR and in other countries.

The Affiliate is NOT allowed to replicate, duplicate or copy the page design, HTML code and/or contents of the ClassicsOnline website pages in their entirety or in part on his own website, unless expressly agreed with ClassicsOnline.

The terms of this Agreement begin when ClassicsOnline approves the Affiliate's application and will end when terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

ClassicsOnline may at any time at its sole discretion change, add or remove part or any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting amended Terms on the Site. 

If any modification is unacceptable to the Affiliate, the Affiliate must terminate this agreement. Unless otherwise specifically set forth in the amended Terms, all changes will be effective upon the date the amended Terms are published on the Site.

The Affiliate's continued participation in the Affiliate Programme, following the effective date, will constitute binding acceptance of the Terms and agreement to be bound by the changes specified therein. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to frequently check and review the terms of this agreement so as to be aware of the most current terms of this agreement.

The Affiliate may close his account any time. Balance under USD 25.00 at the time of termination will be forfeited.

We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits or data arising in connection with the Affiliate Programme, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such. Our aggregate liability arising with respect to the Affiliate Programme will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate under this Agreement.

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Programme or any products sold through the Affiliate Programme, including but not limited to warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing or trade usage.

We also do not guarantee that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and are not liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

THE AFFILIATE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREES TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
